Darko Mirković is a renowned consultant, business mentor, motivational and transformational speaker, and business skills trainer, with more than 20 years of experience in personal and professional development.
He built his career within major corporate systems, achieving outstanding results in sales and sales management, before channeling his experience into entrepreneurship, education, and the development of people and organizations.
Throughout his career, he has worked with more than 200 companies across the region and, through training sessions, lectures, workshops, and development programmes, has educated and inspired more than 50,000 people. He has delivered over 1,500 business skills trainings and more than 100 major public speaking engagements, combining practical business experience with contemporary approaches to personal development, leadership, motivation, and performance improvement.
He is the founder of Alterna International, a company dedicated to developing business skills and unlocking the potential of individuals and organizations. Darko holds international Master Licences for Brian Tracy Solutions and the Structogram Training System, as well as the Level Up Academy of Wisdom licence for Serbia. Through these methodologies and programmes, he focuses on developing leadership, sales skills, self-motivation, emotional intelligence, and personal effectiveness.
