Chris Yamamoto has over 20 years of mergers & acquisitions, strategy and investment experience in the medical technology, life sciences and industrials sectors having completed numerous transactions amounting to over $50B in value. Chris co-founded Event Capital Strategies (ECS), a healthcare-focused investment fund. Prior to ECS, Chris spent over 10 years leading strategy & corporate development organizations at two publicly traded medical technology companies: Becton Dickinson (NYSE: BDX) and Bioventus (NASDAQ: BVS). Chris previously worked at The Blackstone Group, Fox Paine, Thoma Cressey, UBS Investment Bank and other institutions.
